Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at Roborock-US.com. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.
🚚 1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
⏱️ During high-volume sales or new product launches, processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
📦 2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Roborock US offers free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the continental United States.
🏠 We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
🌍 3. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to:
- United States (48 contiguous states)
- Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories.
If you are located outside the U.S., please visit your local Roborock regional store.
🔎 4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.
Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, contact our support team at support@roborock-us.com.
💥 5. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors
Please ensure that all shipping information (name, address, and phone number) is entered correctly at checkout.
Roborock is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
- You may request reshipment to the correct address (additional shipping fees may apply), or
- Request a refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable).
🔐 6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check around your property and with neighbors first.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to support@roborock-us.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Damaged items upon arrival must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence of both the packaging and the product.
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
🔁 7. Split Shipments
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses for faster delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
📦 8. Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item:
- The estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
- You will receive updates via email as soon as your item ships.
💳 9. Order Changes or Cancellations
To modify or cancel your order, please contact support@roborock-us.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
After this period, your order may already be processing and cannot be altered.
