Return Policy

🔁 Returns

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.
  • To start a return, contact our support team at support@roborock-us.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

💵 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

⚙️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or malfunctions within the return period, contact us immediately at support@roborock-us.com with photos or a short video.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items missing accessories or damaged by misuse
  • Clearance or final-sale items
